Details: Floral cottages consist of two traditional semi-detached holiday cottages, with superb views over rolling countryside. Located close to the picturesque village of Speeton on Yorkshires Heritage East Coast, with the coastal resorts of Filey, Bridlington and Scarborough close by. Ideally situated to explore the stunning coastline, the North Yorkshire Moors National Park, ‘Heartbeat Country’ and the Yorkshire Wolds, or enjoy a family day out in the historic city of York, also within easy driving distance.

There are few areas of the UK that are more stunning with open moorland, intricate dales, beautiful woodland and a spectacular coastline right on the doorstep. Take a cliff top walk with breathtaking views along the stunning, rocky coastline at Flamborough and Bempton. Commercially unspoilt, the mighty cliffs and coves are ideal for watching the changing moods of the sea and simply chilling out, or exploring the rock pools, caves and steep winding paths. Within 2 miles are the famous Bempton cliffs where vast colonies of gulls and puffins nest in their thousands perched on the jagged edges and ridges of the sheer cliffs.

Accommodation
The cottages have been recently modernised to a high standard whilst maintaining their original charm and character. An ideal location for a family holiday, including a large, enclosed, safe and well maintained garden. Lavender cottage has 4 bedrooms while
Honeysuckle has 3. Both are furnished to a high standard, with excellent facilities and well equipped kitchens and bathrooms. Each has a spacious lounge equipped with TV and video. They also have central heating, private off-road car parking.

Lavender Cottage:
• Sleeps 8: 2 x Double, twin and bunk bedroom
• Spacious kitchen /dining area
• Separate lounge with traditional fireplace
• Downstairs bathroom equipped with bath and shower overhead
• Kitchen equipped with microwave, dishwasher, electric oven and hob

Honeysuckle Cottage:
• Sleeps 5/6 : Double, bunk bedroom, single with guest bed
• Kitchen is equipped with electric oven hob and microwave
• Dining area leading off the kitchen into a separate sun lounge
• Main lounge with TV and video and a contemporary fire place giving the room a more modern feel Upstairs bathroom fitted with bath and shower overhead.
