Recently stunningly restored by the owner, the cottages are directly adjacent to a large courtyard patio area, which is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the spectacular views. The cottages are an ideal year round holiday location for walking, cycling exploring the area and most importantly for relaxing. The cottages are just one mile from Roseberry Topping and close to Yorkshires spectacular heritage coast. There are plenty of pubs and restaurants to choose from in Great Ayton and other nearby villages. Click the link for Great Ayton Information. All rooms have under floor heating for your added comfort, and are designed with extra wide doorways and level floors throughout to accommodate wheelchairs. Facilities include a microwave oven, cooker, toaster, sandwich maker, colour television and digital box. Use of washing machine and tumble dryer is also available. The cottages are available for holiday rental either individually or as a pair for larger parties. Somerset Cottage – Sleeping 4 A detached stone and brick cottage with sleeping accommodation for 4 persons and consisting of wet room, large double bedroom and a kitchen/lounge area complete with a double bed settee. The front door leads directly onto a large shared courtyard area with large wooden benches, garden furniture and barbeque. Broomfield Cottage – Sleeping 6 A large detached stone bungalow with sleeping accommodation for 6 persons, consisting of a wet room, master double bedroom, second double bedroom, twin bedroom, kitchen and lounge. The front door leads directly to the large shared courtyard. Cliff Cottage - sleeps 2 A stone built cottage with kitchen/diner/lounge, 1 double bedroom and bathroom. All rooms are underfloor heated, doorways are all extra wide to accommodate wheelchairs. Facilities also include a microwave oven. oven, toaster,television,DVD player and a digital box.
